DMCA / Copyright Takedown Policy
CreampieSex (creampiesex.com) respects copyright laws and responds to valid takedown requests under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). Since we only embed videos hosted on other sites, removing a listing here means the listing on CreampieSex is deleted, but the original video remains on its host. The host should also be contacted if you want the video removed.
How to send a notice
To submit a copyright complaint, send your notice to our designated Copyright Agent using the contact page. Your notice must include:
- The URL of each listing on creampiesex.com you believe infringes your copyright
- A description or identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- Your contact information
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature
What happens next
Once we receive a complete notice, we review it within a few business days and remove the listing from CreampieSex. If your notice is missing any required information, we will ask you to provide it. We remove listings for repeat infringers and exclude them from the site. If you believe a listing was removed in error, you can send a counter-notice under § 512(g) using the same contact page.
